Feasibility and Techno Commercial Offers
Feasibility Study: Understanding the feasibility and economic viability of power plant projects is crucial for their successful implementation. Our team conducts thorough site visits and plant surveys to produce comprehensive reports. These reports help determine the feasibility of proposed solutions and outline the overall benefits tailored to our clients’ needs. We offer detailed feasibility reports with precise calculations. These reports help our clients assess their budgets accurately, enabling them to make well-informed project decisions.
Techno-Commercial Proposals: Our highly qualified personnel, equipped with diverse skills in design and engineering, apply scientific and mathematical principles to develop techno-commercial proposals. Whether it’s designing power generation, co-generation systems or waste-to-energy plants, we focus on application-based concept designs to ensure optimal performance.
In addition to this, we specialize in the installation of all critical equipment required for power generation plants, including gas holders, flame arrestors, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, flares etc. with complete piping and cabling systems for our equipments. Our comprehensive approach ensures seamless integration and operational readiness of power generation facilities.
Project Engineering and Design Services
At our project-centric office in Delhi, we are equipped with in-house capabilities to design and execute turnkey projects that meet our customers’ specific needs. From project development, planning, installation, commissioning and operation of services, GGE coordinates all aspects seamlessly to ensure a smooth transition through to completion.
Project Engineering: At GGE, we prioritize the concept of turnkey execution for creating effective power solutions. Each project, whether a single engine sale or a full green-field turnkey scheme, is overseen by a dedicated Project Manager. From design through to installation, commissioning and handover, the Project Manager ensures that all installation and contractual aspects are meticulously managed to specification and on schedule.
Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Our AutoCAD-based design station produces precise scale drawings, diagrams and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to support our sales, engineering and project management teams.
Document Management: We meticulously maintain comprehensive project documentation tailored for each project, available in both hard copy and soft copy formats (delivered via email and/or in zip folders) for convenient access.
Supply, Installation and Commissioning: We prioritize timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services, focusing on quality, economy and punctual delivery. Our comprehensive plant staffing ensures effective on-site equipment supply, installation and commissioning.
Specialized Services: Our installation and commissioning processes adhere strictly to guidelines to ensure enduring product performance. Our team’s in-depth product knowledge facilitates a seamless transition from design and manufacturing to installation. Our integrated commissioning team provides a single point of responsibility for the entire project’s commissioning phase.

After Sales and Maintenance
GGE offers comprehensive after sales operation and maintenance options for clients. We are pleased to provide trained operators (if remote monitoring is not preferred) and a dedicated engineer on-site to operate and maintain the gensets.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs):
We also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure trouble-free operation of the equipment. These contracts can be tailored through Customer Support Agreements (CSAs) to meet your specific needs. CSAs include:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs): Covering a specified number of visits per year. During each visit, our customer service engineer inspects the machine, records operating parameters using special tools and provides a detailed report on the health of the machine/genset. The engineer also recommends maintenance actions and advises on necessary parts to ensure trouble-free operation.
- Operation & Maintenance Contracts (O&Ms): Custom-made to suit your requirements, these contracts cover all maintenance and repairs for a guaranteed cost (one flat rate) based on expected utilization hours. We handle scheduled maintenance, spares changes, oil sampling, engine condition monitoring and minor to major breakdown repairs. Maintenance records for the genset and control panel are maintained and the gensets are operated by GGE personnel.
- Visit-Based Contracts: These contracts include a predefined number of visits, parts, labor and services provided at regular intervals or as requested by the client. After each visit, our engineer prepares a recommendation report to ensure trouble-free operation of the power plant.
- Scheduled Maintenance Contracts: We perform maintenance tasks such as routine (E1, E2, E3) and periodic (R1, R2, R3) checks at manufacturer-recommended intervals and predefined rates.
- Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts: Under this model, we take responsibility for preventive maintenance, minor spares, consumables, labor and minor repairs. All tasks are carried out according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Operations/Escorting Maintenance Contracts: We provide manpower specifically for operating engines/generators as per the client’s requirements.
- Long Term Cost per Hour (CPH) Contracts: Clients pay per hour of genset operation for a defined scope of maintenance.
- Lube Oil Analysis Programme: We recommend lube oil sampling after every 300 hours of engine operation to ensure optimal engine performance. If the lube oil is purchased from GGE, we take responsibility for periodic oil sampling and provide recommendations for oil change intervals.
Spare Parts Inventory
GGE maintains a comprehensive stock of spare parts essential for the efficient operation and maintenance of gas gensets and other equipment. We also stock parts required for both top and major overhauls of the equipment.
One major advantage of our gas engines is the commonality of vertical moving components across a wide range, from 300 kWe to 2 MWe machines. Additionally, electronic components, cylinder heads, starters and other critical spare parts are also shared among these engines. This allows us to offer prompt delivery of most parts required by clients, including those needed for engine overhauls.
For imported equipment, we maintain a similar level of spare part stocking, while our in-house manufacturing ensures an ample supply of spares for our Indian-made equipment, eliminating any shortages.
Advance Training For Engineers
Product Knowledge Upgradation: GGE conducts regular training programs in collaboration with our associate brands to enhance the knowledge of our technicians and engineers. These programs include online sessions and practical onsite training. Additionally, our engineers visit the factories of our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for advanced training and knowledge enhancement.
Client Knowledge Upgradation: GGE offers periodic refresher training courses to operators and client engineers to help operate our gas gensets and other equipment. These courses cover basic troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth operation.
