Digester Mixing Equipment

Mapro® Rotary Vane Compressors operate as positive-displacement machines. This means that compression occurs progressively within the machine body as gas volume is mechanically displaced from the suction to the discharge port during rotation. The discharge port is strategically positioned on the internal cylindrical surface of the stator at a height determined by the anticipated discharge pressure, ensuring that only the necessary power for gas compression is utilized.

As a result, these compressors consistently achieve high adiabatic compression efficiency, typically ranging between 70% and 80% relative to the compressor displacement.
