Gas Holder Domes

Double Membrane Gas Holder Domes are designed to be installed atop a digester, featuring the following specifications:

Fabric: The membranes consist of two layers: an outer membrane (air membrane) and an inner membrane (gas membrane), both made from PVC coated polyester fiber fabric. These materials are UV resistant, microbial resistant and abrasion resistant. They are also designed to resist biogas and are flame retardant, meeting B1 standards according to DIN4102. The membranes may vary in type, such as Type 2, Type 3 or Type 4, depending our customer’s requirements.

Manufacturing: To ensure a secure, leak-proof structure, the membranes are welded together using a high-frequency electronic welding machine. This process forms a seamless hemispherical or three-quarter spherical dome. This design not only provides robust durability but also ensures effective containment of biogas while protecting against environmental factors, making it suitable for applications atop digester installations.

Standalone Gas Holders

Double Membrane Standalone Gas Holders are designed to be installed atop of a reinforced concrete base, featuring the following specifications:

Fabric: The membranes consist of two layers: an outer membrane (air membrane) and an inner membrane (gas membrane), both made from PVC coated polyester fiber fabric. These materials are UV resistant, microbial resistant and abrasion resistant. They are also designed to resist biogas and are flame retardant, meeting B1 standards according to DIN4102.
